📅 Return Window

  • Initiate returns within 7 days of delivery.
  • Accepted only if the product is different from what was ordered.

❌ Non-Returnable Conditions

  • 🔖 Tags are broken or missing
  • 🛠️ Product is damaged or used
  • 🎨 Customization was requested

💸 Refund Details

  • Refunds processed within 3 business days after inspection.
  • Amount reflects in your account within 10–12 business days.
  • COD charges are non-refundable.
  • 📦 Shipping and COD fees are not included in the refund.

🚚 Return Shipping Fees

  • ₹50 reverse shipment fee applies to all returns.
  • Separate pickups incur an additional ₹100 charge.

🏦 Refund Method for COD Orders

For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer. Please email your bank details to: thumbeecustomercare@gmail.com

📦 Exchanges

Prefer a different size or color? Simply initiate a return and place a new order—we’ll handle the rest.

🧾 Proof of Purchase

Please include your order confirmation email or packing slip with your return.
